Rental Policy For Westwood Storage

A. Renter agrees to use the space for storing goods that are lawful and that belong to him in even shape or form Furthermore the renter shall not use (he space to store gasoline, explosives, paints, flammables. chemicals, hazardous or noxious materials, and or perishable materials.

B. The premises shall be left in clean and orderly fashion after vacating the space.

C. All items left in the space, driveway or halls after vacating the rental space will be deemed of no value to the renter and will be disposed of by the owner.

D. If the renter breaches any condition or covenant of this agreement, there upon the occurrence of such event and until cured, renter shall be deemed Io be in default, and we may exercise remedies provided by law of the state of Ohio and the remedies provided by this agreement.

E. Late fee. A $10 per month late fee will be charged if rent is not received by the 7th day of each month. Renter agrees to pay Westwood Storage &, Sales a fee of $30.00 plus any applicable bank charges for any uncollected or returned checks.

F. The lease will automatically renew for the following month if the renter fails to give a written notice to the owner at least 7 days before the end of the month.

G. The renter shall not sublease or assign any part of the rental space.

In case of emergency the Westwood Storage & Sales has the right 10 enter the storage space with the use of any reasonable means or force.

Lease is month to month basis. All rents are due and payable on the 1st of the month at 310 S Westwood Ave. Toledo, Ohio 43609 Phone 419-389-0359. The drop box is available for after hours. No monthly statement will be sent.

Rules, regulations and rental charges arc subject to change with out prior notices.

Westwood Storage & Sales does not exercise any care, control, custody over goods stored by the renter Westwood Storage & Sales does not carry any insurance coverage which in anyway covers any loss the renter may sustain while renting the storage space. The renter fully understands that the renter must provide a copy of the insurance coverage which indemnifies and holds Westwood Storage & Sales, its owner and employees harmless from any and all claims, demands and actions arising directly or indirectly by renting the storage space, but not limited to damage, from fire, explosion. vandalism, theft, wind, water, moisture, mildew extreme temperature building defects, insects, rodents, and etc. Westwood Storage & Sales shall not be obligated to furnish any utilities or am other services such as security guards, watchmen or fire sprinkler systems, etc.
